The Continental sole has incredible traction!
Yes , I recommend this product
I've been testing these out for a few weeks now on weekend hikes and some light jogging, and I'm really impressed. I took them up the 1000 Steps Trail and felt completely secure the whole way. That Continental tire sole has incredible traction - I honestly felt totally stable going up the steep stone steps that were tilted and muddied, and even coming down the steep Lyrebird Fitness Track. I actually overtook a handful of younger people on the way up and the way down! They don't completely replace my heavy hiking boots for every single trip, but they're so much lighter. They're my go-to now for days when boots are too heavy and cumbersome. I'd easily recommend them to anyone.

mixed feelings
Yes , I recommend this product
I really wanted to like these, they look great and are good quality. But when it comes to the trails, I prefer something a little less clunky- I found that I was not getting good energy returns with my stride. I find the agravic speed to be not cushioned enough and these to be too cushioned so I guess I am just Goldilocks on the trails lol.
