Smartwool  Intraknit Seamless Long-Sleeve - Women's

I’m obsessed with this top! I wore it on a run and loved it. The fit is comfortable without being bulky, and the length is perfect, and it stays in place while you move. What impressed me most was the temperature regulation. I never felt too hot or too cold, which is hard to pull off on a run when your body temperature keeps shifting. The seamless construction meant zero chafing or fussing with it, so I could just focus on the run. The merino and TENCEL blend feels great against the skin, and the built-in ventilation zones really do help you stay cool and dry. I'll be reaching for this one on runs and hikes all season!! I tested the Smartwool Intraknit Seamless Long Sleeve in a size Medium during outdoor bouldering, walking, and as a base layer under a lightweight insulated jacket. I’m 5'2", and the Medium fit a little baggier than I expected, but it was still very comfortable and never restricted my movement. The fabric is extremely soft and airy next to the skin, and the seams were comfortable enough that I basically forgot about them while wearing it. I had excellent freedom of movement through my shoulders and arms while climbing. My main fit complaint is that the shirt rides up during repeated overhead movement, so I found myself pulling it back down occasionally. Breathability and moisture management were the strongest features for me. It vented very well during higher-output activity and wicked moisture quickly without leaving me feeling clammy. Compared with other technical tops I’ve worn, this one feels especially light and breathable once I start moving. It also worked well as a base layer under my Mountain Hardwear jacket, although once the sun came up and I warmed up, the combination became too warm. That made me appreciate how well the Smartwool top regulates temperature on its own during active use. I did notice one loose thread after wearing it with shoulder pads, so I’m keeping an eye on durability. Otherwise, I haven’t noticed pilling, stretching, or other construction issues so far. I also haven’t noticed any meaningful odor retention after repeated use. Overall, I think this is a strong technical top for climbing, hiking, and other active outdoor use where breathability and moisture management matter. I especially like the soft next-to-skin feel and how unrestricted it feels during movement. My main suggestions would be a slightly more fitted cut and better resistance to riding up during overhead activity. *I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.

This shirt is AMAZING and I had to get it in all 3 colors…. PERFECT combination of lightweight, soft, appropriate stretch and the length is spot on. NOT TOO SHORT AND NOT TOO LONG. SUPER COMFY and is perfect for any activity. It is so lovely, I would even wear it out as a casual top. In short, this shirt is worth EVERY PENNY and a HUGE WIN for SMARTWOOL!
