improved Kragg Mid (GEN2)
i've been wearing kragg shoes (gen1 & 2) for quite some time now. comfortable. easy to slip in and out. sleek. the kragg mid gen2 is a great example of evolution in action! i liked the gen1 from day one, but the heel tab lost most of its elasticity (seams ripped...) after some 100-200km in moderate terrain. i got the gen2 as a replacement. the heel tab and lamination placement has been improved significantly. Now the mid gen2 seems to unify the complex fabric layering into one 3d-woven layer with attached wool cushioning. looking forward using the kragg mid gen2! hope they stay black thou. gen1 sadly tends to fade into a pink/redish black, when exposed to UV rays... still, excellent shoe! Q: why is the ankle cushioning this thick on the new kragg mid?
Too small size
You advertise these shoes as warm and suitable for winter conditions, yet you don’t provide a temperature rating. They also lack a waterproof membrane, which raises serious concerns about how they would perform in wet snow. I ordered my usual size, but the shoes put significant pressure on my toes, making them uncomfortable to wear. They look great and have a good outsole, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.
