Arc'teryx  Kopec 2 Low GTX Hiking Shoes - Men's

Man I gotta say I really loved this shoes. Liked them better than expected. They’re really nice, very lightweight and high quality materials. The grip that these shoes have it’s perfect. These shoes are perfect for hiking. Although they’re are a little expensive, other than that they’re perfect. I can usw them with my jeans.

I went to purchase another pair of Kopec 1 and have them as street shoes as they are so comfortable, no longer make them so was recommended to get the Kopec 2, tried it on, seemed okay a little tight but figured they’d break in, nope, toes tingling after 30-45minutes, tried all the adjustments etc, compared the two shoes and the 2 is way narrower than the 1, I would include a picture but, anyway if you have wide feet maybe look at another model. Why they would make such a drastic change is odd. The lack cover needs be able to fold over to tie laces then cover laces. I’m still looking for a pair of Kopec 1 in Canada, so far no luck.

Hiking sneakers. The superb sole doesn't slip on wet surfaces . They are comfortable and cozy lightweight, waterproof and breathable. Comfort and reliability are crucial when walking long distances, and these sneakers are exactly what you need . Excellent quality.

These are some of the best designed wet hike shoes I have ever tried. They have a waterproof outer layer that seals well and keeps your socks dry. The sizing is a little large but perfect for wearing with thick socks. The low ankles allow for mobility over long distances, and also don't rub. They are simple and sleek looking which I appreciate, as it goes with a wide variety of outfits. The hard rubber knobbly soles are super grippy even on wet rocky ground, perfect for hikes in the rocky mountains. I think these will outlast me- they have SUCh a durable yet lightweight design. Very very happy with this order!

At first glance I really didn’t like them because of the giant arc symbol on the shoe but when I tried them on they felt great and comfortable, I wanted something for a 46er I was doing in the Adirondack Mountains. They have this rocker at the bottom that makes hiking a lot more comfortable on top of that the bottom lugs are amazing for mud and rougher terrain. Another plus is the goretex, mud and water were not getting through this shoe as long as they don’t go past my ankle haha. The only cons were that the insole weren’t that great also I had a slight rash from the toe box touching my toes, but I think that’s cause I didn’t break them in. Overall after a 12 hour hike I will probably reach for these shoes again.

The Arcteryx Kopec low top is a light weight shoe that has a very robust vibram sole. The toe box is wide and roomy. The upper is Gore-Tex and water proof but still is flexible during longer hikes but can feel firm to some people. Where the shoe falls short is that it's can feel stiff out of the box.

These shoes are so good. Gifted them to my husband on our anniversary and he absolutely love them being an athlete who loves hiking. The perfect gift that is lightweight and super breathable as well. Love the fit on the feet and seems super high quality too.

These shoes are amazing for hiking! The soles are very sturdy and thick. But the actual shoes is very light. Very comfortable and do not irritate. I have tested them in rainy conditions and they held up very well! . Laces stay tight. Sleek design.

I am a first time Arcteryx shoe buyer. I bought these shoes and the Kragg shoes (go checkout my review). I bought the Kopec 2s expecting to use them as an everyday shoe. However, I do not think that will be the case. For starters, they do not feel wide enough. The GORE-TEX is rigid and firm and doesn't want to flex with my foot. Additionally, the sole of the shoe is too high, I might as well be wearing Hokas. I almost rolled my ankle during the writing of this review. Arcteryx, if you're listening, I want a shoe / boot that I can wear with my cronin pants, commute to work and travel with. Ones that I can navigate a concrete jungle or a real jungle in. I don't want a shoe that elevates me 3 inches off the ground. I am an able bodied athlete, I care about my foot health, and just want a pair of some nice arcteryx shoes.

I’ve worn these Kopec 2 Low GTX on several day hikes. The Vibram Megagrip outsole delivers amazing traction on wet rocks and gravel trails. The midsole cushioning absorbs impact well, and the shoe gives solid stability on uneven terrain. The GORE‑TEX membrane keeps my feet dry while maintaining good breathability. The Cordura upper feels tough, promising great durability. True-to-size fit, comfortable right out of the box. Perfect for hiking and casual outdoor use.
