normally my feet hurt- but not with these

I had purchased these for a 2 day back packing trip. we hiked in during rain. the other ppl with me complained of wet shoes. it was probably 4 hours in and 2 creek crossings before I felt dampness. The next day they were mostly dry. I felt secure with the tread and the water resistance was there. my feet didnt hurt either. The cost was worth the protection of my feet.

Comfy hiker from the get go

Did 10 miles in these in the North Cascades yesterday after a few hours of trial wear the day before. My feet were comfortable and dry the whole hike, no hot spots, great traction through icy/snowy conditions. Bye hiking boots, these are my new go to’s!

I ended up cutting off the toggle lace and replacing with a regular shoelace so I could open them more to get my foot in comfortably . Otherwise the fit is great.
