Beyond Yoga  Midweight Verve Dress

Great dress. Very comfortable and airy. Bought a small which I would say is a 4 or 6. I'm 5'11 - it's pretty short for me so this is likely better for those 5'9 and under. The medium was a good deal longer but too large in the body. Overall very happy with it!

I was on the fence about what this would look like on me but I'm so happy I got it. The color is really nice (I got the red one) and it's super soft. There are shorts attached which I wasn't expecting but I'm not opposed to. There are not pads in the support top but the adjustable straps are really nice. I'm 43, 145lbs and an athlete. Ordered a medium and it's the correct size.

I really like this dress. I also liked the previous version of this dress that had more of a straight fit as opposed to the flared shape. I would love to purchase more of these dresses in Moore colors: hot pink, bright, orange, aqua. These are by far the best casual and fun summer dresses.

Ordered this to wear for day to day use- just as an upgrade to typical shorts and tanks- and it does not disappoint. I get so many compliments and feel so comfortable all day- love the built in shorts and thin straps. Usually a small or medium and stuck with the medium

This was my first time purchasing from Beyond Yoga and I wasnt disappointed! Construction of the shorts and sports dress was well made and the material super comfortable and most importantly for me NOT SEE THROUGH!! Will definitely be shopping from Beyond Yoga again :)

This is going to be my Summer go to! I am 5'4 about 130 lbs and the Small fits great, I love the length, upper mid thigh. It is the softest material and the color is beautiful in person. Highly recommend for a quality exercise dress.

Absolutely obsessed with this dress. Flattering and comfy as heck! I’m 5’3”, 32D, 130# and the small fit perfectly! The length is perfect, hits mid-thigh and doesn’t ride up terribly. Love the color. Perfect for hot summer days.

I have tried similar dresses from other brands and they never quite fit right. From the moment I put this on, I knew it was a keeper! It's comfortable and smooths me out in all the right places. It's hard not to buy more colors.
