Easy to clean hexes for the win!
It’s been a minute since I’ve been to a store in the wild, however, I required a blue-and-gold bottle to match my steed, and was passing by REI anyway. I was a little skeptical of the sugar cane material, as I am not a panda, and don’t need to be chewing on shoots, however, it’s actually surprisingly durable. I’m all about stiff walls and long hauls, especially when hitting the rocks and roots, and so far no cracking, bucking, or sucking. Extra points for being able to give r’ a grip and getting a one-hander without slowing down. Finally, not having mud caked inside the uncleanable craw is definitely a perk, easy to clean hexes for the win!
The last eco-bottle I had was way too thin and cracked when it launched down a rocky decent. This one seems to hold up much better but I can still squeeze it get a good long drink without much effort. This bottle seems more secure than previous Co-op versions - the cap is reliable - good seal no leaks (again, rocky descents). Overall, pretty happy; like that it’s naturally derived, mountain biker friendly, and looks nice. Would buy again
Great Everyday Bottle
My new favorite bottle! A little softer than the traditional bottle and no stinky smells. This bottle lives on my commuter bike and I love it.
