I bought these ’click and collect’ in good faith that they could be returned if unsuitable. When I collected them the sales assistant told me that because I had bought them on promotion at 25% off they could not be refunded if returned, only exchanged. I said in that case I wouldn’t collect them then and she said too late, I’ve already marked them as ‘collected’. Followed up with VANS admin who confirmed new T&Cs from 3 Nov. Pretty disappointing during the holiday season. Will not shop at VANS again.
NEW Skools
Disappointed, these are not the Old Skool vans that I have bought before, they also are not the same as advertised on the Vans website, as there is not a speck of tough suede on them anymore. These are an entirely canvas shoe and anyone looking for a tough shoe might be better to look at the skate version.
Ripped on the first day
First pair of Vans I've ever bought. The suede ripped in the first day of wearing them. The fit was strange too. No half sizes. I bought these for skating and they do let you feel the board but the low quality means I'm going back to converse Chucks for my next pair of skate shoes.
DO NOT BUY this model
The quality of this model has gone down hill in recent years. This is my 3 pair in 1 year. I would not recommend them at all. I only bought this model when I couldn’t find the Skate Old Skool
Never to old for Old Skool!
Why look for new and improved when Old Skool Vans aren’t just good looking but comfortable as well! Perfect for all ages and I don’t think I look out of place wearing them at nearly 60!
Something for everyone. As the name suggests, they're classic looking.
Trendy casual shoes to go with everything. Looks good. Bit stiff when new but softens up. They are quite comfortable but i wouldn't wear them all day of you're walking about.
Old skool black shoes
Bought these shoes for my daughters birthday and she absolutely loves them, also at a great price cause the vans store had a sale on. Highly recommend these shoes.

Look good, fit well, comfortable and lightweight. Love them in all black. Everything you need in a casual shoe and nothing you don’t.
