Defective product. Disappointing support.
The device arrived with no charge. No instruction manual was included with the product, so I found one on the Anker website. The manual wasn't any help. Went to the Live (AI) Chat for support and went through all the trouble-shooting tips. Nothing worked. This took hours of going back and forth with Live Chat to no avail. Finally, I was advised the product "might be" defective." Since I had purchased it from REI and not Anker, they "invited me" to contact the seller (REI) for further assistance. I will return the device to REI for a refund, and stay away from Anker products in the future.

Great charger with everything one needs for consist laptop portability without having to pray for outlets. It is also small enough to not be too cumbersome to be an insanely hugh capacity phone charge. Also really like the fearure of telling you how much power is coming in our out in wattage. That makes it fun to see at what rate your are charging or draining power.
The last portable charger you'll need
I work remotely often, and my laptop's battery isn't the best. I found that with this portable charger I can get half battery charged in less than 30 minutes, and I can charge multiple times within the same charge load. I've had many portable chargers, but this one is the only one that tells me everything I need to know about it (power cycles, health, wattage being dispensed to the device, etc), charges multiple devices at the fastest rate I've seen, all whilst being super compact and I love the cable/strap design.
The Power Supply That Don't Make You Cry
Absolutely just what I needed whilst tour cycling/camping, four things charged at once, my tablet, boom charged, my mobile phone, boom charged, both done with one built in extended C cable, over 2ft long, the other done by the built in genious carring handle cable that pairs up as another C cable, then my 3rd item needing charge was my digital camera which comes with its own C cable, boom charged, in the third C input, output connection, then my fourth item was my Anker earpods, boom charged, using the USB A port, which is ideal for small item charging, and still enough power to let's go round again, and again 😀
Best to THe Best
I recently purchased the Anker power bank, and I’m really impressed with its performance. The build quality feels solid, and the compact design makes it easy to carry in a bag or even a pocket. It charges my phone quickly and holds enough power for multiple recharges, which is perfect for long days out or travel. The power bank also recharges itself fairly fast, and the LED indicators make it easy to see how much battery is left. Overall, it’s a reliable, high-quality device that delivers exactly what it promises. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a durable and efficient portable charger.
Good but not great
The unit is a little bit bulky for a power bank and certainly something you would think twice about carrying around all day. The display is good and very useful in letting you know how much power is going to each device being charged. USB-C charging is excellent with any device I charged on it being brought back to 100% quickly, quicker than the proprietary charger in some cases. The retractable cable is a bit short though. The usb-a charging socket is very disappointing with only one device out of 5 that I tired taking any charge. The rest wouldn't work and the display sat at 0W. Ironically a couple of these devices would charge if I put an adapter on the cable and used a usb-c socket.
Much More than i Expected
I had read all the hype about this revolutionary Charger. studied all about it and watched the reviews. I thought it was all hyperbole from people like me that revere Anker products. After my family saw that I was digesting everything Anker particularly this Charger unit. My grandson and granddaughter Put the money together made me buy this new Charger. It is incredible, it surpassed my expectations. And because I travel around the globe. This is going to be first in my shoulder bag. Saving me the need to take many of my chargers and leads. Anker Quality is second to none.
