Ok for walking, wish it were a bit bigger.

I use this for walking, not running. For walking it serves it's purpose but could be better. The Pros. My Pixel 9 Pro XL and lip balm fits in the shoulder strap with room left over. It can be adjusted to fit over either shoulder. The waist strap isn't necessary for walking, but it does keep it from sliding down the back when a water bladder is used. The tube from the included collapsible water bottle is very long. There is a tube holder on the shoulder strap, but it's just loose enough that the tube will pop out if knocked just right. The pack holds more than anticipated. I was able to fit in a lightweight rain jacket, or a fleece, but not both. I wear an XL so if you are smaller, you may be able to fit both in. I purchased a 1 liter water bladder which fits perfectly in the pocket intended for the included silicone water bottle. There would be room for another 1 liter in the main pack if you need to carry more water, probably two. I wasn't able to find a bladder short enough that was bigger than one liter that would fit in the bag. You could also carry additional water bottles. in the main pack. The Cons The exterior pockets on the outside of the pack are too small to fit a water bottle. I tried a standard bike bottle and the filled silicone water bottle provided, neither fit. So they are not intended for this, but what a shame they weren't made bigger with a strap to accommodate and secure one. There's no way to secure the exterior pockets so I wouldn't put anything of value on them. Neutral: If using the waist strap, there's no way to twist the pack to the front to get access to the pack. At least one strap must be unclipped to move it to the front without removing the entire pack. The padded portion of the strap could be a little longer. It ends in an awkward place if you're a woman with a bigger chest, but I can make it work. I purchased this on sale, so for what I paid, it's ok. I would never pay full price for this bag. For my purposes, I wish the entire bag was a bit bigger, but if used for running as intended, it may be fine without causing too much bouncing.
