This is a very good tent, not quite a great one, at least for me. I'll start with the pros: Set up is super easy. I'm a solo car camper, so all my set up I'm doing on my own. This tent could not be easier to set up. I get it up, with the rain fly on and secure, in about 10 minutes. The interior is pretty roomy. I fit a twin size air mattress in it with no problem, plus my gear, and do not feel cramped. I am a solo camper, tho, so it might be a little tight for two people. I also like the design of the large windows on the sides, it's nice to open them up and get a good cross breeze, and they tuck up into themselves nicely so the flaps stay out of the way. It's fairly water proof. I think this would stay dry inside for a couple of hours with just the rain fly that it comes with. I just went out on a very rainy trip, and I did notice that the fly doesn't do the best job of directing rain away from the sides of the tent. I ended up setting up a second fly that is much larger which kept the rain off the sides of the tent and I was fine through a solid 12+ hours of steady rain (not high winds), but I don't know if that would have been the case without the second fly. It did stay dry for a couple of hours on its own though. Now, the cons: I can't stand up completely in it. I thought it would be okay based on the measurements when I bought it, but even in the very center of the tent I need to duck my head slightly. I am 5'7" for reference. Because of the height, I find it awkward to get in and out of. I just don't love the design of the entry way and find it awkward getting my gear in and out. It's kind of difficult to get back in it's carrying bag. Breakdown is as simple as putting it up, but like so many things, it's never going to fold back up as nicely as it was before you opened it the first time. I have to manhandle it a bit to get it zipped back up - it's doable, just a little tight. Anyway, as I said, it's a really good tent, just not a great one. Solid choice for one or two people, and it has definitely served me well this summer!
I am a fan of any tent that lets me stand up inside of it!
Great for watching movies as a family since it has a port.
Pretty simple set up and it keeps everything dry. I've never had a tent with a spot for chords before so that's pretty sweet too.
This tent is perfect for any camping occasion. Has a convenient port for extension chords which is really nice.
