Slim wallet, sturdy build, secure closure

I've had it for almost 5 months and still like it very much. My prime interest was a thin, secure wallet. This one fits the bill. The secure closure with hidden magnets is perfect. I don't use it to store my passport. However, I learned that if I put anything else in that over-sized slot, there is a tendency for it to fall out when the wallet is opened. That issue is easily solved with the addition of a paper clip. Maybe they could use a magnetic catch, or velcro strip to secure it. It is my favorite wallet and will continue to be used for many years to come.

Best passport wallet i have ever had.

Excellent product, as always very well thought out. I travel internationally at least every other month and need to carry two passports I always use a case since one time I dropped my passport in a puddle... But this is the first case I have owned that is not only protective is a travel gadget, Holds the passport accesible while using it, has perfect space to keep your boarding passes and other cards. Good jog PD!

Great features, flexibility and low profile

As all Peak design product it was up to my expectations! I managed to put also my Car ID document which is almost the size of a Passport as well as all Credit Cards and some cash. Though the external pocket for a passport is really stretch, my passport fell from it when I manipulated the wallet. It was for me something I was looking for with flexibility, strengh and very low profile!

Minimalist design, lacks that special something...

Minimalist style that does a few things very well and some things not so well. My setup: Six cards in the slots, three cards in place of the passport, six American bills Pros: Minimalist style, lightweight, impeccable distribution of weight, zero pressure on the butt bone or nerve irritation. Cons: Some compartments could use magnets, wallet section could really use a divider ( not a deal breaker). The ripstop, waterproof material reminds me of a child's wallet from the early 90s from Bugle Boy Jeans, but you get over it as soon as you sit down with it in your back pocket. For some reason, this product from Peak design lacks that special element- the one that has kept me geeked to the amount of now 11 products from them over the years. But I will admit, I have not use the wallet for what its primarily for- travel. So for now, I'm sitting on a 4/5. When I need this thing at the airport, thats when teh true test will begin. Stay chiseled.

You really need this wallet

I bought this based on the videos so I wasn't sure if this would work for me. Once I received the wallet I was super impressed with the build quality and the flexibility of the wallet. The wallet is very thin and well worth the price. You really need this walletRovinghogan

Everything you need from a wallet

I bought this wallet before a big trip, where I would need a wallet that could fit into my pocket or purse and be easily accessible. This wallet lived up to all of my needs. It is so slim that I was able to fit cards, cash, and my passport into it while it still fit in my pant pockets or my small purse. The card slots made it extremely easy to get to all the cards, the cash pocket was great at keeping the cash from coming out, and the passport slot was big enough but secure enough for my passport. I was wary at first because of the price, but it is well worth the price if you travel a lot and need a wallet that is easy, secure, and durable.

Not what I've come to expect from PD

I was really excited for this since I have to travel out of the country several times per year, and sometimes carry multiple passports, but unfortunately this is the first PD product I feel misses the mark. It's thicker than expected and awkward to pocket. It can hold a few cards but can't replace my already slim and compact Herschel wallet and feels like it's stretching to fit more than 1 card per slot. I was also really hoping there would be organization for different currencies and a way to hold coins, but no shot on this one. It feels like it's just shy of the quality standard of PD but well short of the functionality and usability standard.

Not normally a passport wallet person but

I will say, I've generally been never been a passport wallet person, never really saw the point so I bought this on a whim. I am pleasantly surprised, the material of this wallet in particular is nice, it's not bulky at all and it fits everything I need. I carry a few different currencies, a backup debit and credit card and my passport. And for that it's perfect! It's also nice having everything in one grab and go spot. Not sure if any of that is particular to Peak Design's wallet, but this is the first one that had a style I liked and the material and size of it really is perfect and doesn't feel like a hassle to carry around.

Secure, thin profile and good feel

Arrived with my Roller Pro case and giving the wallet a test run this weekend. So far, love the thin profile, cards fit just fine (only taking 4 this trip) and are easy to access given the staggered pockets, love the feel and love the magnets. It’s making me feel more secure. Only gripe, my wife now wants her own travel wallet - but wants brighter colours!

Value for Price

Yes, it is pricey, but Peak Design actually gives you value for it. I'm still planning my trip, but did a dry run and everything I need fits in the passport wallet and it is secure. Very nice!
