Rally RK210

The pedals are good and well built. However, there’s a problem with the reset and configuration of them. I can only do it with my phone which I paired them when I firstly installed them. When I switched phone recently, I can’t paired them with my new phone. I ended up using my old phone for factory reset so I can pair them with my new phone. I don’t understand the reason behind, what one can do if their phones are broken or stolen. I think there should be a way to reset the pedals without a phone

Never got them to work

These pedals gave me nothing but problems from the start and I never got them to work. The manual is basically 2 pages, the online instructions and troubleshooting are minimal and only contain the most basic information and almost zero troubleshooting. I could not get the pedals to connect to my phone initially, then they did?? I installed the updated firmware and that appeared to work fine. Afterwards, after several tries, I got them connected to my Garmin 530 but they would not calibrate, and they never displayed power on the screen - all blanks. I have the latest IOS update on my iphone 26.6 and the latest Garmin Connect App 5.27.1.2. There are several people online that report similar problems. I tried removing the pedals from the App, deleting the App and re-installing it, turning Bluetooth on and off on the phone, cycling the iPhone power, etc... When I tried re-connecting with the pedals after reinstalling the app, they would not reconnect. I only get an error that says "connection failed". There is nothing online that explains this. They also will not reset or go back to connect mode with the pedal orientation routine. I have had lots of Garmin devices over the years and am a big supporter but these pedals are very frustrating.
