Great shoe, terrible price.
No, I do not recommend this product
These are fantastic short trek shoes, the cork insole is lovely, the materials hold up well, and the sole lugs are nice and grippy, but the price leaves a lot to be desired out. In Japan, these run for about $190 US. This isn't an REI issue, but they are definitely not worth over $300. But hey, if you have the cash to spend, these are a fashionable and functionable pair of hiking sneakers.
