UPF Rating is only good for 10 Wash Cycles
I just purchased this hoodie and the medium (5’10”/165lbs) fits great but the label clearly states the UPF Rating is good for only 10 washes. This information is not listed in the Technical specs so I’m planning to return it in favor of a UPF rated hoodie that’s more durable than this.
Pills quickly
Soft, comfortable, great cut/dimensions, but after wearing it hiking only a few times (with a backpack on), the back of the shirt is already pilling. Disappointed in the quality given the price.
soft & comfortable
Soft & comfortable. Description & tag says standard fit, almost feels like a "fitted" shirt. I normally wear L but bought the XL to wear as a gym warm up top. Overall good quality for the $65 price tag.
Used this for the first time at Yosemite National Park in late May. Temperatures ranged from mid 30s to mid 70s. Felt comfortable even when the sun was blasting us.
Runs too small.
Great if wearing as a shirt, but runs too small if using it as a layer.
Great summer hiking top!
Bought this to hike with on warm sunny days. Will have to wait a couple months to try it out as such, but was impressed after trying it on. Can’t force myself to always apply sunscreen, so always looking for “shade hikes.” This top will provide spf40 protection for nearly the entire upper body. Does feel that it will be cool - temperature and looks!
