Comfortable versatile boot
These boots are great. They are extremely light compared to other models. They are very comfortable & flexible. The souls are extremely grippy on all slippery surfaces. Great on boat decks and also great on metal roofing. They seem very durable so far. Ive had them for several months. The only thing I wouldnt use them for is somewhere you need protection for your feet. They are soft top and bottom. They can easily be pierced or crushed.
Great boots, lacking durability
Great boot. Certainly the most comfortable boot of this style that I have tried. Have gone through many different brands looking for a boot that would hold up to everyday rugged use. Would definitely re-buy these boots and recommend to anyone. However, the glue around the front edge of the toe holding the blue trim on is giving up. Have only had them for a few weeks. Would be great if that held up a little longer.
Amazing on slippery rocks and Ice!
Amazing boots on slippery rocks, and Ice! I bought these this past summer for use while walking the shore line and I was instantly amazed at how well they gripped on the slippery rocks along the shore line. Then when winter came around I decided to try them out on the slippery ice of parking lot of my work and found that these things are amazing on ice! The only thing better that I have found is actual ice spikes. I don't know why they don't put this type of sole on their ice boots. It's great stuff!
great product when used for what's intended!!
I think its a little funny when people leave poor reviews on products like this. I genuinely do not know of a shoe that really lasts more than 1-1.5 years AT MOST and that is if I am lucky. Granted, I fish, walk on tough surfaces often (concrete, asphalt, pavers) and where these shoes every single day. I am lucky if they last 6 months..BUT...they are boat shoes. they are meant, in my opinion, to be worn on less harsh surfaces and keep your feet dry. I have gym and training shoes that have lasted less time and they are used on rubber mats at the gym. Great overall product in general and not just the sport boot. If you are wearing them for landscaping, construction, walking on asphalt or whatever...please understand, they are not necessarily meant for that and consider a different product.
Best Waterproof available
Best fully waterproof shoe I've ever owned. I've tried all the brands, these check all the boxes; lightweight, rugged, and super super comfortable. These feel like super cushy running shoes. After many years of looking for the perfect waterproof shoes, the search has ended with these. Only con I can think of is color range isn't very wide, at least for now.
Great
My husband loves this style shoe. He has 2 pair in different colors and wears them all the time! I have a women’s pair and find that me feet sweat a little more but that was expected since the shoe is all rubber and no ventilation. Great shoes. Holding up well! Fit true to size both men and women.
Great comfort, sole not for metal decks
Great comfort. Really nailed that. The sole however is clearly meant for sport fishing on fiberglass decks. My metal decks shred these so I'll stick with the classic rubber sole versions. So for you sportys this is yo boot
Wait and see.
We will see how they hold up after 6mo to year. Std pair only lasted a little over a year before they started to split and the heel block came off.

These shoes are horrible. I asked for a refund after 12 hours of use and they said no. grundens never said no. I won’t be buying this brand again.
