Squat Day Hero and HIIT Approved
Warning: if you’re looking for all day comfort leggings - you aren’t going to be happy with these. If you’re into lifting heavy and looking for compression leggings that will help you brace and make you feel 10% stronger, these will be your new best gals. I have a pear shaped athletic body with a 14” waist to hip difference and a long torso. It’s nearly impossible at my measurements to find leggings with the right balance of compression. These are the ones! They hug my core, never slip down, and never sheer out. Hot tip: you need to roll these on like nylons. Do not put them on in front of a new crush. There will be shimmying, hopping, and squatting to get the right fit. There’s no way you’re going to look graceful getting them on, but don’t let it convince you they’re too small.
Sizing Chart Seems Off
I love the texture of these leggings, but the size chart seems off. I’m 5’8” and typically wear a medium (also per the shirt chart), but these leggings did not fit; I felt like my circulation was going to be cut off trying to get them on and kept wondering how I was going to get them off. I would definitely like to try them in a larger size.
