They ride up
Unfortunately these didn’t work for me. 5’9” 185lb and the L fit but were a little loose in the waist and the spandex liner, but a M would have been too small overall. I like the pocket and it fit my phone. They are quite heavy as the spandex is thick but there are very weak grips to hold them in place and they’re loose on the thighs right where they should be gripping. Ran in them once with chafe cream and still chafed. Oh well!
