Smartwool  Hudson Trail Slippers - Men's

These slippers give one Merino wool warm, anti-stink, breathability & soft-enoughness. A bit more than a touch of spring in the soles is something I have never felt in a slipper & feels delightful. How will they wear over time? I can't say. As I dwell in Southern California these slippers will get only three weeks of use a year at most.

I wear a 11 1/2 or 12 depending on the brand. After 6 rounds of chemo that was very successful I have neuropathy in my feet leaving them feeling cold in the evenings. I love smart wool products how ever could not be more disappointed in the sizing. NOT EVEN CLOSE. XL says 11 1/2 to 14. My toes are jammed at the front of the slipper in the XL. From the feel of the product it looks like they would be perfect for my issue to bad they just do not fit.

These are great—warm and cozy. I ordered a size larger than the size chart suggested. For most people this would've worked fine. But for my elderly, arthritic and neuro-compromised feet, the seam between the cuff and the foot idoesnt stretch enough and causes pain. I can still get my foot partly in and enjoy some warmth. By ordering the next size larger, I might have solved this problem. But I think the slippers would've been so long that I would have tripped on them. So yes, I'm disappointed. But I think that for most folks they would be a super solution to cold winter floors. A million times better than the all-synthetic slippers advertised as warm and cozy but really not.

I underestimated the wind chill recently when getting dressed to take my dog for a walk, and the cold wind blew right through my shoes. How lucky to find this package waiting when I returned! Even though they had been sitting in the delivery truck these slippers warmed my feet up quickly. I was also glad that these slippers fit more closely to my feet than I had assumed; they reminded me of old floppy down booties, but they are not at all floppy. They have warm but thin cushioning so you feel in contact with the floor, and the non-slip feature on the sole is great, though a little noisy at first. I also love the adjustable cuff to warm up my ankles. Great slippers! #SmartwoolLove

These slippers are comfortable and warm, but run small. I wear a 10.5-11 men’s, and the large are supposed to fit to 11.5. I will be returning to size up.

I wanted a house slipper and these foot the bill :) They dont have much in the way of support, but they are comfy and warm. The soles are definitely indoor - a faux leather - I dont think these would hold up well for trips to the wood pile. Warning - the XL is as described in the size chart (XL 11-12). Smaller than I would expect for an XL. I wear a mens 12 boot/walking shoe. These work, but I can just feel the end of the slipper with my toes. If you wear something larger than mens size 12, this isnt going to work for you. For me, I wish the XL was a bit larger.

These are perfect for the cold weather. Especially if you just want to sit and chill after an epic ski day. This is how I feel when I put on my new slippers from Smartwool. I wear a size 7 to 7. 5 so a med worked for me and still have room for a pair of socks. I purchased a large just in case and there was no need to because med worked for me. You will have some wiggle room with your normal size like I do but I don't think a slipper should be to tight. Super warm, comfortable and just ahhhhhhhh. I love these slippers!!! Oh, in case you are wondering, the slippers have an insole but its only to protect the bottom of your feet from the cold. they don't provide support. I had this question brought to my attention. That was my answer.

Check the size. I wear a size 12 shoe. I bought X-Large. Suppose to fit size 12 - 14. They were too small. They look to be good, but had to return them - just too small.

I never wear shoes in the house so I'm always looking for a good slipper. I like a soft foot bed and my ankles tend to get cold so I'm always wearing socks with my slippers. These were just what I needed! The knit upper covers my ankles and can even be rolled up for extra warmth. The footbed has a nice cushion with grippers on the bottom. I have a medium( wear a size 8. 5) and have plenty of room. These are also easy to pack and take on trips! #Smartwoollove

Received these in a large thinking they would run similar in sizing to unisex socks. I am a ladies size 7. 5-8 and I should have got them in small. I couldn't wear them they were like clown shoes on me. I ended up giving them to my elders dad that is always cold, and he loves them so much he's even sleeping in them. He said they were incredibly warm and very comfortable. Just check the sizing chart before ordering to avoid having to return. #smartwoollove
