Perfect Sized Backpack
I got this backpack for my 11 year old son and it's exactly what I needed! It fits all of his things for going to school (lunch box, books, water bottle, sweater, etc.) and the increased size is a huge improvement over the previous one that I had bought. The liner is also super helpful for any spills or dirt that may make it's way inside. I've had a few parents ask about it and it seems like it should last a good few years before it needs to be replaced for a larger one.
Amazing quality with a huge bottle holder
The bag is excellent and I was so pleasantly surprised that my daughter’s giant Corkcicle Sport Canteen fit in the bottle holder very comfortably!! I also love that there are two zippers so we can open from the top instead of knocking up against the bottle when opening or closing the zipper. My daughter is 6. 5 years old and it’s a bit big for her and she said the straps are not super comfortable because it’s too big but I’m sure next year it will be perfect.
Great grow with them backpack
Been a Herschel user since 2018. I love the quality and the craftsmanship and the durability. In the latest collection I did notice that there is a reduction in fun colors, not patterns for kids. The front pocket no longer contains the famous Herschel striping material, it's just the plastic backing that is inside of the main compartment. Overall really satisfied with this purchase for my last little for their first day of school.
Great Quality for price
I recently purchased this for my daughter for kindergarten. The quality is so nice. It has large sturdy zippers, a nice deep side pocket for her large water cup, a front pouch and inside pocket. This also has the torso buckle to help it stay on when she has it loaded. We went a size larger for her age to fit a 3 ring binder for school. Highly suggest this product and thinking about getting myself one too for travel.
School Backpack
We ordered this backpack for my son (Kindergarten) to use for school, and it is perfect! While we just started using it, I imagine he will get multiple years of use out of it. As always, Herschel delivers high-quality products.
First Time Purchase
My daughter wanted something different this year. We usually get Pottery Barn backpacks. She found the galaxy one made by you guys so we risked it. I was pleased to find the backpack wad made well and didn't appear or feel cheap! If there are more designs she likes in the future or other products we will definitely purchase from this company again.
Great school bag 🤩
First time buyer! I am super impressed with how well it seems to be made, the stitching and material look and feel of good quality. Only time and wear will tell if this is true. The size is perfect, it fits all her supplies including a 1” binder comfortably. My daughter loves the cute design and says it feels comfortable when wearing, she’s 8 y/o.
The BEST for Kids!
We LOVE OUR backpack! We tried many different brands and then found this one which was PERFECT! Padded straps, chest clip, inner pocket (perfect for folders) exterior pouch and outside water bottle pocket. Fun colors, cool “slime-like” detail and a smooth zipper. Got all the matching accessories too!
Youth = young kids
My son is a preteen, but he is already 5’ and has a bigger build. This backpack was not a good fit for him. Not to mention that the amount of things a kid needs for school these days doesn’t fit into this size pack. He loved the color way and is disappointed he can’t get it in a bigger size.
Love the quality! Great for back to school
We recently updated my daughter’s backpack for this upcoming school year and went with the pink and purple color way and she absolutely loves it. As someone who doesn’t buy a new backpack every school year, these backpack's are classic, and are tough for multi year use.
