Hydro Flask  22 L Carryout Soft Cooler Pack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We live close to the beach and were looking for a backpack cooler that would keep our hands free for carrying everything else. This one did NOT disappoint! We’ve used both a large ice block and regular ice, left it sitting in the sun during the middle of summer, and still had ice left the next morning! My only wish is that the top had a better seal. If it’s left open or unzipped, the ice melts pretty quickly. Other than that, it held up much better than expected! Overall, we’re super happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend it!

This pack is incredibly comfortable and spacious enough to fit everything I need for a full day out. I am already planning to bring it paddleboarding, on short hike days, and for keeping snacks and drinks cold after long sweaty summer hikes without everything getting overheated in the car. What stood out most was the design. The chest clip makes it extra secure for bringing on bike rides, and the exterior hooks for keys or small gear are exactly the kind of detail that shows someone actually thought about how this gets used in real life. The insulation performance matched the quality of the construction throughout. Top tier quality at a fraction of what competitors charge. This one is staying in my kit all summer. It’s a nice backpack you can for 3 bottle and some more stuff on top. Holds ice pretty well!

I have always wanted to try a cooler backpack, and I'm so glad I got this one. Super durable, keeps a big amount of food or drinks cold, and having the backpack straps has helped free up my hands for everything else im loading or unloading. And I love supporting products that are eco-friendly, so big props to them for making this from recycled materials!! I was gifted this from Hydroflask to try and definitely recommend it.

The Carryout Backpack is the perfect cooler for drinks at the park! We also use it to carry ice cream and keep it cold. It's comfortable to carry / wear and leaves your hands free for whatever else you need. It's also incredibly durable and can hold ice if needed.

I bought this to replace a beloved Coleman backpack cooler, and this one was the closest in size and design I could find. It is really superior to the Coleman in every way - EXCEPT the lack of pockets. Women need pockets, Hydro Flask!!! Buy it anyway.
