Upgrade your Tilley hat by adding this Tilley cooling insert. The cooling material absorbs and slowly releases water through evaporation to help you stay cool on hot days.

Sizing Notes
All measurements are stated in inches.
Measuring instructions: wrap a string around the widest part of your head 0.4 to 0.8 in. (1-2 cm) above the top of your ears and brow line. Add 0.8 in. (2 cm) for comfort. Measure string with ruler using final measurement to find head circumference and size needed.
