Originally wanted to update my old Patagonia R1, however, upon seeing the new version in the store, I could also "see" through it. I searched the site exhaustively and stumbled upon this jacket. Took the chance on ordering online, and as soon as I opened the package, there I was, "seeing" through this one as well. Gave it a chance on some cool late spring mornings, and felt uncomfortably cold even after some exercise. Not sure when and why you'd wear these new porous jackets, and can't believe anyone can describe them as warm. Definitely returning it.
