I am 8.5 in one and 8 in the other and for hiking I was told by rei to get a size 9. I got 9 and 8.5, and 8.5 fit beautifully!
If you have a narrow foot this boot will feel a bit boxy. Comfortable though. I ended up going with a different boot.
Works well for my size 37 narrow feet
Sizing: I like to wear super thick hiker wool socks. I wear an 9.5/10 ordered the 10.5 and they’re PERFECT!!! Appearance: These shoes are sharp looking. I was worried that the black color would look dusty all of the time… they easily wipe off and look sharp. No Blisters: I wore them casually to shop in to break them in. Really didn’t need to. Wore them all over the Yosemite Valley Floor and even used them to bike ride. An excellent buy.
Loved the style and color but feels like they are designed for folks with narrow feet. And really wanted them to be comfy but sadly not at all. The toe box felt very tight even with thin socks. Hurt after walking just a few fee. I have pretty standard size 7 feet, neither wide nor narrow.
