Wore these for the first time on a light rain day at about 40 deg F with some wind. The fit is tight on my fingers even though the finger length and palm fit is good. Avoid if you have muscular fingers. As for the warmth and waterproofness, not great. I picked up and held a piece of ice for less than 30-seconds and the cold came right through. The palms and touch surfaces felt cold and damp for several minutes after setting down the ice. These gloves would be fine for casual use only in moderately cold environments. Definitely not technical gloves.
I needed these to be waterproof. They were not! Tested by holding gloved-hands under a faucet. By 2 minutes, I could feel water in one glove finger, then by 4 minutes, in four fingers. I wrung both gloves to get rid of excess water and then felt a little dampness in the glove of the other hand. Very disappointed.
