Packable and Flexible
I really appreciated the size and packability of this book. Its size and flexibility allowed me to slide it into a pack between a wet water bottle and other gear with ease. Recording information rain or shine without a concern was a huge plus. The only reason I give this book 4 instead of 5 stars was because it required two hands to write in because the binding is a bit tight and it can't lay open on a flat surface on its own. This is something I appreciate about the spiral bound books.
Police Department Appreciated
I am a police officer in Franklin TN and I work traffic division. Many times I'm working a crash in the rain , but still need to take notes and information. My Rite in the Rain soft bound book in conjunction with my Rite in the Rain pen have made my job so much easier. I recently received my Rite in the Rain clip board/case and I'm already stoked!
Great Notebooke
I love these notebooks. Great quality and stands up to the test. I am a soil scientist and am often working outside. Usually dirt and grime from my soil samples ruins any paper I am using to record observations. But my Rite in the Rain notebook works awesome. It can be covered in mud or rain and I can still write my notes.
Great for Office Work Too!
I love this little notebook. It’s tough, waterproof and small enough to carry with my computer. Using it as a daily journal in the office environment is great. I never have to worry about the pages getting wet when I have to walk to other buildings on campus. Also, it never needs recharging or batteries!
Works for Archaeology
I use this for archaeological field school, and it works great! We sweat a lot and get dirty, so the elements often run onto the pages from the side of my hand when writing. But the pages hold up! Notebook feels high quality too.
Amazing Field Notebook
It holds up well when dropped in puddles or mud while hiking to do ecological surveys! Can also do sketches in them! I've used this brand both in Montana and California. I would buy from them any time!
