Well built
The pack is well built, with multiple storage compartments giving ample room for lots of stuff. I carry a heavy 16" Dell Pro Max 16 Plus MB16250 laptop. It fits SNUGLY in the laptop section of the pack and seems to be reasonably well suspended off the bottom of the pack, which should help protect it from short drops.
