Park tools product worked better for me
Frustrating experience with this product. The clamp jaws fell apart on the first time use out of the box. Pieces on the floor. After trying to fix it, and watching the company's minimally helpful music videos, I contacted tech support. Although their online statements vibed helpful, the actual delivery of help was slow and quite limited. Fortunately REI accepted my return without hesitation, (Kudos--that's why I'm a a loyal REI member since the 60's) I got a Park tools home mechanic repair stand which was less expensive. Although slightly larger and heavier, it is also simpler and more robust. I've found it's not hard to load in the car to take places, and it reliably works well.
Quality not as expected
I bought this item about a month ago and the clamp jaw fell apart after only a few uses. Additionally, the lightweight stand is not too stable when holding a 20 lb. bike, even after adjusting the three legs position numerous times. It looks nice, but the quality is not what I expected at this price.
