I purchased this jacket June 9, 2026 in anticipation of an Alaskan trip. Unfortunately, the jacket leaked badly across the shoulders and the sleeves. Drenching the clothing underneath. Upon my return I’ve been working with OR and Jody R, warranty specialist. Their warranty is to only to exchange for the same or similar product if the original is no longer available. NOT refund for a defective item. Just what I need, two rain jackets that do not repel rain. Be aware.
