The fabric and fit of these shorts is great. I love the idea of them, I live in Louisiana and they do allow nice air flow. Unfortunately however, the removable chamois does not stay put during a ride. Yes, the shorts fit me snugly. However the chamois bunches, folds over on itself, and is functionally useless as a result. The only real reason to spend this kind of money of these shorts is because of the chamois. If REI or Endura have any ideas on whether this is a manufacturing flaw or there is a trick to keep the chamois in place, I'd love to hear it! Otherwise, seems like a waste of money as they are just expensive athletic shorts.
I love these shorts. They are so light and perform perfectly on bike.
