I've had many items from Endura and have LOVED their products for decades. I have a pair of mtn biking shorts that I bet are 15 years old and still have a little life left. They just look like I slept in a ditch. So these looked fantastic, checked the boxes and love the color and material. That's where it ends, unfortunately. the crotch on these are super long. The problem is when you lift a leg over the seat, it catches the seat so you need to hike the shorts up, or use the dropper to lower the seat. Not a huge deal, but where it gets 1 star is the cinch on the side. Even their older short has a better means of tightening the waist. OR, Fox...all have a solid, secure method of tightening the waist but these, with the material so stretchy the way it is, the little cinches on the side do literally nothing. It's hard to even imagine that these got a pass to manufacture. I loath velcro closure for outdoor gear, especially gear that gets washed, and I'd prefer that over this. Come on Endura, you have done so much better for as long as you've been around, this isn't an innovative approach to tightening the waste, it's laughable at best.
