I bought this to use as an airline personal item that can hold a book, lunch, etc. plus my laptop. The size is great for this purpose, the straps are minimal but comfortable and the green color is beautiful. On the downside, a couple of the pockets seem impractical and aren't worth the extra bulk that they add. The biggest problem for me is that the laptop pocket is just barely too small to fit a 16" MacBook Pro. The laptop fits in the main compartment, but the integrated sleeve is an inch or two narrower than the overall width. But I like the overall design so much that I plan to get a separate laptop sleeve and place that inside.
Looked at so many different options prior to purchase and finally landed on the 18L all day and it really is the perfect size for all my travels. Love everything about it…. except there is something wrong with the right strap on the inside. There is some sort of metal binding/clip underneath the padding mesh but it was not crimped properly and pushes through and if you are wearing a t shirt it pokes into my shoulder. I’ve tried numerous things to get it to go down to no avail. It’s uncomfortable but bearable. Other than that it’s perfect!
I want to return it
The Cotopaxi Fuego Max jacket is decent but not very warm. It’s okay around 20°F for daily use, but it has less down than I expected. Compared to my Montbell jacket, it feels noticeably lighter on insulation. I wish it had more down for colder weather. I used it mostly for everyday activities, not heavy outdoor use. On the other hand, I really like Cotopaxi bags. The Allpa 1. 5L fanny pack and the Allpa 18L backpack are great quality. The sizes are just right for my needs, and they work well for daily use and travel.
I absolutely love this backpack. It fits my laptop, secondary external monitor, pens, toiletries, workout clothes, and more. I love the space a lot, but even more, I love the color schemes they have.
This is the perfect size for me taking to work without being too big. I love the front pocket for all my cables, and the multiple pockets for a laptop and other devices/chargers keeps everything organized. The only minor complaint is that the top compartment can sometimes make it hard to access down to the bottom of the main area if very full.
I have already sent a comment to your team, but will do it again here. I went with you all because of your supposed great customer service. I bought the 18L because it says (online) that it can hold a 15 inch laptop -- I have a Dell 14 inch 5520 and does not fit in the laptop sleeve. I was confused why it wouldnt even fit so I looked at the tag on the 18L and it says that it holds a 13 inch laptop! This is not how it is described online. When I made a request to support they provided me with a broken link saying they had a video of how a 15 inch Mac fits into the sleeve perfectly. . . maybe it does, but not my laptop. The bag price isn't worth my time or effort to package up and send back and the purpose of the bag was for a trip I took last weekend. Anyway - I would have thought you would have been a better ambassador of your product and either offered me a full refund or a free upgraded bad to the next size that would fit a 14 inch Dell laptop.
I bought this backpack for my kids to use on trips. They are 6 and 8. I love that it is small, has plenty of organization and most importantly for travel, has a luggage pass through. This means their shoulders get some rest while going through airports. I love the dual water bottle holder. It’s a tad heavy but overall love it
I love the fabric and the design but I got wrong colors. It doesn’t fit at all to the colors on the picture and I am not a fan of the colors I got. Would be nice to know what colors you get so you can decide if you like it or not. So unfortunately not really happy with the look.
This is my second Cotopaxi Pack. I love them both. I was looking for a small daypack for work. It’s perfect. Big enough to fit my laptop and tablet, but not bulky. Many pockets keep my belongings organized and easy to reach.
