Bought these pants for a spring skiing trip to Tuckerman’s Ravine. The hike up to the floor of the ravine had no snow and my touring boots would have been way too hot so I decided to get these. Couldn’t have been happier with them. Very durable scraping up against the rocks trees. I didn’t get too hot hiking up. And they were very stretchy and mobile. The tapered bottoms were a little hard to get over the top of my ski boot but was able to make it work. They were very good at wicking away snow that splashed on them during my decent. Would 100% wear on cooler hiking days in the future and around the yard at home. Definitely recommend!
The reported weight of 6.9oz is incorrect for these mountain hardware men`s AP active crossover pants. I weighted the pants at 13.5oz. I was buying these because of the low weight, they are going back...
