Love this vest! I purchased it specifically for spring/summer running and love that I can wear a light top or even just a sports bra underneath! No chafe yet and I wore it on a 20 mile run where I ended up ditching my long sleeve. It’s lightweight and stays in place!
I love this vest! I’m 42f, 5’4, 125lbs, 32d. I originally bought the size small but found it uncomfortably tight and couldn’t imagine it fitting with the bottles filled, so returned and bought in a medium. It is so comfortable! I’ve had zero chafing so far and have worn it for a few short runs (under 5 miles) and several hikes. It has enough pockets to carry what I need comfortably and I like that the back isn’t a backpack — it’s open, breathable mesh. I also have a cheap vest from Amazon along with a more expensive vest that I bought from REI last year and this is my favorite. The zipper is a lot more comfortable than the cords, in my opinion. I bought the neon yellow color and love it. So happy with this purchase.
I wore the AeroZip 1 Liter Women’s Hydration Race Vest for the Huntington Beach Half Marathon, and it performed really well overall. The zip-up design is actually one of my favorite features. It makes the vest feel more secure and streamlined compared to traditional strap systems—no adjusting mid-run, no worrying about loosening. Once zipped, it stayed in place the entire race with minimal bounce, which was a huge plus over 13.1 miles. It’s also impressively lightweight and comfortable. I didn’t experience any chafing, even with the ocean air and slight humidity along the course. The material felt breathable and didn’t trap heat once the sun came out. The 1-liter hydration capacity was perfect for a half marathon. I was able to hydrate consistently without depending too much on aid stations. Storage was just right too—enough space for my phone, gels, and essentials without feeling bulky. One thing to keep in mind is that since it zips up (no adjustable straps), getting the right size matters. But once you have the correct fit, it feels very secure and almost like part of your outfit. Overall, this vest is a great race-day option—sleek, stable, and easy to use. I’d definitely wear it again for future races and long runs.
This was ALMOST perfect. I LOVE the new material that’s super breathable especially in the back. The fit is very flattering and it does not move around when I run. The only thing that I’d improve, and it is very annoying, is that the rubber band holding the water bottles in place is on the inner side of the pocket not the outer side and thus causes the neck of the water bottles to bump into my neck and it’s very irritating. I have another Nathan vest where the rubber band is on the outer side and it’s very comfortable. I’m going to try running without the band on the bottles and hope they stay in, or I’ll have to sew in a band on the outer side because it will not work for me as it is. Which is unfortunate otherwise it would’ve been a 5 star
I ordered two vests this Aerozip and breeze 4L. I was concerned that being zipped up would make me super hot. After trying both i.must say I lean towards the Aerozip. It feels more fitted and secure. I could see how others might feel like it's just too much enclosure. I will say this is definitely fitted so if you need to layer like I will in cold months being in Wisconsin you will need to have it under layers there is not enough room otherwise.Unlike the Breeze 4L that allows more flexibility.
I was so excited to get this vest but the stated sizing chart did not work for me. I'm 5'1, 33" sternum, and 36" chest. Chart says to get small but I ordered Medium and I could not even zip it. There was about 5" gap so no way that even the large will fit. I've reordered a couple unisex ones to try but disappointed as I really wanted this lime color.

My favorite vest ever. I was worried that it would exacerbate my tummy perimenopausal belly, but it hits at the bottom of my rib cage and the compression is a little looser there. I typically hate compression and am surprised to like this so much. Size M 5’5, long torso, 34b-36c, 135 lbs.I wore a small in the pinnacle.
Perfect hydration for someone that is tired of carrying water in hand and doesn’t like carrying water on back. This vest did not chafe and provided easy access to drink. The loops in place in water slot prevent long tube from hitting neck. Just bought a second one for those back to back training days
Best running vest I've ever had. I love how it is snug but not at all constricting. It has the perfect amount of pockets, the 2 x 500ml bladders are ideal size. Love the zipper - so secure.
