[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the VaporAiress vest while training for my half marathon and I love it. It’s really breathable and lightweight, which makes a big difference on long runs, and it doesn’t bounce or feel bulky at all. It fits comfortably and I barely notice I’m wearing it. I’ve also taken it on a couple hikes and it works just as well. There’s plenty of storage for what I need without feeling overpacked. Overall, it’s been super reliable and easily one of my favorite pieces of gear.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This hydration pack was extremely comfortable and performed great on runs up to 12 miles. It has plenty of storage space, which is perfect for carrying the extra layers you often need when running in Colorado. I was able to easily fit snacks, a 2L water reservoir, gloves, a hat, and a jacket, and still had extra room. The water stayed securely in place the entire time. The pack fit well and didn’t bounce or cause any chafing, even on longer runs.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I am loving this VaporAiress vest! First of all, the storage capacity is impressive. It's hard to believe it is only 8L, as I took it on a 15 miler in the mountains and it held more gear than my 12L vest! There are also so many pockets and pouches, which is great for long runs when you need to bring a lot of stuff and keep the categories of items separate (valuables, gels, salt pills, sunscreen, etc) so that you don't have to dig around forever to find something. I've used the vest with both soft flasks and the included water bladder, and both work great with no bouncing. I will say that it runs a bit on the smaller size, you may want to size up if you at the upper end of the size range. And as someone with a short torso, I often struggle to find a vest that fits well and isn't too long- this vest has the proportions just right, and even when fully loaded in the front it doesn't feel like vest is pulling you down or forward. And also- it's just very pretty.
This is the best fitting vest! I absolutely love the way it wraps around my rib cage. The sternum straps make it feel so secure. The bladder compartment is absolutely sleek! No hump! There are several features that stand out: The front adjustment toggles at the bottom front, just enough to snug up the vest after filling it with all the things. The phone pocket, perfect. The underarm pockets that wrap all the way around, perfect. The fabric? I was a little apprehensive because there was a little rustle when I first touched the vest, and it’s not made entirely of the usual stretchy fabric. But….I loved it. I’m in South Georgia and it is HOT here. This vest was breathable, not clammy at all. I have used the bladder, a 20 oz flask and a 14 oz flask. All worked beautifully. And, just a small thing, but the back top edge sits a little lower, so it didn’t ride up on my neck while running. Perfect. And the color? Oh so happy to not be wearing black! Yep, I loved it. Just be careful that you get the correct size. If you are at the top end of one measurement group, go up. I am 5’2’”, 125 lbs. Sternum measurement 31”, Bust measurement 34” The S-M fits perfectly. Love, Love this vest.
