Snug and secure, pole synch unusable
I bought this and the adv skin 12. I wanted the belt for most of my runs and need the vest for an upcoming race. The belt fits very well, nice and snug with easy pockets to access. It turns any shorts into a basic carry all without all the flop. The elastic synch holders for the poles are just not working for me. I have asked my seasoned friends for advice, watched videos and experimented with many variations, each time the poles slowly drag out tension until they are a floppy bundle that i have to continuously manage. I feel like either an elastic is the way to go or if you are going to use a synch, have no stretch ribbed lace to lock and hold even with vibrations. I love the belt but minus 2 for the main reason i wanted the belt.
Size up
Way smaller than advertised. Am a 27 waist and ordered a xs/small based on the size chart and knowing the belt could stretch some but when I received it to try, I couldn’t even get it over my mid thighs and there way no way it was making it to my waist. Would have been squeezing my stomach if i could.
Best belt ever!!!
I ran a half marathon on trails, where I had all sorts of terrain, uphill, downhill and flat, I ran fast!!! Specifically downhill, this belt did its job 100%, I didn’t have any problems at all… hands down it’s the best running belt! I got the smallest size , I’m 5’0 105 pounds , very lean.

Absolutely love this addition to my Solomon collection. Sometime you just don’t feel like tossing on a vest. This is a solid option! Fit my phone, 500ml flask, fuel and my poles. Super comfortable, no issues with excessive bounce
Unexpected success
I expected this pack to be too tight and too wide from trying it on. I was wrong. It fit perfectly when running and due to its wish I could fit 2 soft flasks. My phone, keys, gels. Poles and more.
