No issues, works exactly as designed to ensure the carabiner doesn't turn while belaying, which was a problem I'd had with other carabiners during lead climbing. The screwgate turns easily and smoothly. If I had one 'upgrade' suggestion for the Black Diamond product development team, it would be add a visual indicator (such as a red stripe) that shows when the screwgate hasn't been secured and the gate isn't locked. It's been excellent though.
