Perfect for your gear- especially in wet condition

Water out and gear easily in. Love the simplicity of this pack. It can hold a lot, has padded shoulder straps, and love the zippered pocket inside to keep valuables and essentials within easy reach inside the pack ( you don’t have to dig them out from the bottom) The pockets on the sides are also nice to stash a water bottle, bug spray, or a sit pad. Love it!

An Amazing Pack at an Amazing Price

I wanted a very lightweight/packable waterproof bag for keeping some fragile equipment dry in a very wet environment on long hikes/walks. Took a swing on this pack given its modest price, nice look, and advertised abilities. When it first arrived, I packed it out with a 16" MacBook Pro and a Peak Design Small Camera Cube filled with recording equipment. And then I put two decent-sized water bottles in the external pockets. It looked great and, more importantly, it was COMFORTABLE. Then, I took it out to rural Texas, put a pillow inside, rolled it up and closed it, and left it outside all night during a big storm. Woke up the next morning, let it rain some more, and then checked the pack. The pillow was COMPLETELY DRY. Not a drop of water entered during the long, heavy storm, even with the pack having fallen over sideways. So what's the conclusion? Based on initial impressions (and testing)--but knowing nothing about long-term durability--this is a GREAT pack for the price. Even more, I can't think of another pack with this set of features available at ANY price point. I mean, the thing weighs one pound, can be folded in four to fit in anything, is comfortable, and has two external water-bottle pockets, a big quick-access pocket (that's not waterproof), and a fully waterproof main compartment. Get it.
