Sleeve length: Measure from the highest point of your shoulder following your bent arm down to wrist bone. Bend your arm slightly.
If your measurements are between 2 sizes, choose the smaller size if you want it more tight/slim or choose the bigger size for more freedom of movement.

While I would prefer the cost to be lower, I really like these pants. The name is fitting because they are great for wearing everyday. I am between sizes and sized up for a looser fit. An almost perfect ‘athleisure’ piece that is also pretty techy.
