Effective and versatile
Toe socks have dramatically improved my foot health so I always use them now--both casually and for outdoor activities and athletics. I'm not a runner, but I use these as compression socks when I travel or to reduce general swelling, and, most fun, I use them as my soccer socks. They are perfect. I have several pairs. My shoe size is a women's 10 and a M fits just right.
My first pair of Injinji. The fabric is fantastic and the compression is a lot more comfortable, since the toes don't get squished. Putting them on and taking them off is definitely a chore because of the compression combined with individual toes, but still worth it.
Too tight, too long
I'm a 6'0" tall woman with slender legs and wear a 11.5-12 size shoe. I purchased a size Large. I want to love these socks, but they are way too tight. The pressure is definitely stronger than 15-20 mmhg and somehow also feels stronger than my 20-30 mmhg socks. After wearing them for 5 minutes, my legs and feet were tingling from the pressure and I had red marks on my legs from the sock cuffs. The length of the sock is also too long over the calf and reaches the bend of my knee if I pull them all the way up. For reference, my leg measures 18" from my heel to the bend of my knee. I do like the material of the socks and the toe area is comfortable. Unfortunately, I will be returning these.
