Lightweight and comfortable short that kept up with my changing body
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these shorts. I am typically a small so I was concerned about how my exercise gear would be able to keep up with my pregnancy. These shorts did not disappoint, though. Thanks to the stretchy waistband I have been able to wear these comfortably while running or strength training through my pregnancy so far. They also continued to be flattering somehow. The fabric is lightweight and dries very quickly. I also like that it has a comfortable, breathable inner lining for a little extra sense of support and privacy. While the pattern is not my favorite (flame-like), I consistently turn to these shorts because of their comfort and performance.
Good, comfortable shorts
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I enjoy these PR Elite Shorts. The fabric feels nice and moves well on runs. The key pocket in the back is a nice feature. I think that they run true to size. I am 5’5” 125 pounds and the size small fits great. I do wish that they were high rise instead of mid-rise but I do like the nice wide waist band. Unfortunately, I did notice some of the lettering already peeling off which is disappointing however it doesn’t affect the function of the shorts. Looking forward to wearing these more when warmer weather returns!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shorts make a statement. They’re easy and comfortable to run in but certainly tiny, both in length and size. If you have any sort of love handles, these shorts will accentuate them unless you order a full size up. The fabric is lovely and breathable. I just wish the waist band either came a little bit higher or wasn’t so tight.
PR Elite Split Short
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wearing the Brooks PR Elite Split Short in a size Small. In hindsight, I would likely choose a Medium next time. I tried the mid-rise fit, and while it wasn’t uncomfortable at all, it did feel a bit snug around my love handles. For my body type, sizing up would probably provide a slightly more relaxed fit. The fabric feels extremely lightweight and smooth on the run, with no irritation or chafing. It moves well with the body and never felt restrictive, even at faster paces. One standout feature for me was the built-in lightweight brief liner — it was supportive and comfortable, and I honestly forgot it was there while running, which is always a good sign. I also appreciated the small key pocket on the right-hand side of the inner lining, which was a convenient and thoughtful detail. Overall, the shorts performed very well on daily runs. They stayed in place, handled sweat effectively, and felt breathable throughout. Aside from my personal sizing preference, I was very happy with the comfort and performance of these shorts — they truly made me feel like a professional.
Like Butter
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These shorts are amazing! The material is like butter on your skin. I run inside on the treadmill in my workout classes so I love something that is light and airy and doesn’t make me feel overheated. They have a built in panel so you don’t have to feel bulky wearing underwear and it keeps you feeling in place and all tucked in! I absolutely love the color pattern as well! I was able to wear these more than once before washing without them feeling gross! If you want to feel fast, these are the shorts for you!
PR Elite Split Short
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These shorts were super cute and I love the feel of them. However, personally, they were much smaller than my typical style in both length and fit. I am typically a medium and these felt close to a size small when I wore them. I unfortunately did not feel comfortable wearing them out to the gym, but I did wear them around the house while doing in home workouts and the fabric felt great to work out in. Very breathable and light weight.
