Great hip pack!!
The Headwaters Hip Pack is fantastic! It's a great alternative for those (like me!) who don't want to wear a vest. Lots of pockets (even on the belt), nice fly holders built in, water bottle pocket and loops/straps to attach tools, etc. It is fully adjustable and also has a strap to carry it over your shoulder if desired.

I’ve only used the bag once but I do think it’s very good. It has everything I need is quite convenient being on the Hip. Thank you very much.
Everything will get soaked
Not great. Not water resistant. The material is like a sponge. If you are fishing in wet weather, everything in the pouch will get soaked.
Simms pack
Great pack, well thought out design. The only thing I struggle with is the small zippers. They can be dissociated to close once open.
