Fit is worse from ST-5
No, I do not recommend this product
I loved the ST-5. I wore them everyday for walking, work, and exercise. I wore out the soles so I bought the ST-6 two weeks ago. The fit is worse. The part of the upper at the bottom of the eyestays is shallower and digs into the top of my foot (I don't have a high instep). I'd say the toebox width is the same, but the height is now way shorter. The heel is also more reinforced, but I didn't mind that. I also decided to get this in a lighter color but it picker up dirt after only one run. I guess I'll have to find a new xero drop shoe.

Glorified bedroom slipper
No, I do not recommend this product
This is not a running shoe or a barefoot running shoe. This is a glorified bedroom slipper. if you were to step on anything sharp, it would go right through the bottom of the shoe and into your foot. It is also very tight in the arch area and does not have the classic roomy toe box. I wear both low profile running shoes and those with more cushion with custom orthotics such as the Altra Escalante 4 and Topo Phantom 3. If you like either of these shoes you will probably not like this shoe.
