I live in rural Colorado, and wear hiking pants 7 days/ week. In summer, I no longer wear shorts, bc (1) sun protection 2) unsightly veins in my 65 yr old legs 3) insect protection. I needed some super lightweight pants that weren’t linen, that could b washed frequently and require no special care. These pants are it! Yes, they are very thin, as previous review mentions. But if you need the most light weight fabric for hot days, you will like these. I bought the white, bc I can dress them up a bit for errands and travel. I brought them along as my sole pair of pants for a weekend trip to LA, and they easily transitioned from plane to gallery walk, to dinner. I just ordered a 2nd pair in navy. Yes, very thin, but a great summer travel pant. I usually buy size medium, but these pants provide ample room in waist and hips, so I got small. 5’4”, 135lbs.
I work outside quite often and these are some of the first pants I've owned that fit perfectly. Unfortunately, the material is so thin and cheap that one thorny vine instantly tore them. I'm disappointed in the quality of these considering the price!
