As an aging alpine camper side sleeper with aching shoulders and most everything else after a few thousand feet of elevation gain and a pack I own most every pad made and make whichever one works best my penalty weight luxury item. I had serious doubts a 2" foam pad could beat a 4" inflatable one but was willing to try... Glad I Did!!
