Great softshell
I absolutely love this softshell jacket. This jacket combines what’s great about the gamma lightweight jacket with more breathability in the back. I was very comfortable wearing it on a light day hike. I also love the stretch in the fabric.
Well made.
A nice jacket. Well made. Light. Functional. For what it is i would say that perhaps it' a little over priced. The upper half fits very well. The lower half is a bit too loose for my liking. A good hood. In this orange colour the upper chest panel is semi translucent. The lower pockets panel is a 'solid' look. The contrast between the two i don't like. I dark midlayer makes it even more obvious. Not a good look. probably best to go with a darker colour to avoid this, but each to their own....happy choosing :-).
Great softshell for high output!
Absolutely amazing jacket that I definitely overuse. It's now my go to jacket for everything. Ski mountaineering, trail running and as a windstopper when climbing. It breathes awesomely and stops light forms of weather. It's been holding up great while being abused. Running through trees and rubbing against rock. It barely looks used. It fits great while still beeing loose enough to fit layers underneath. Great softshell!
Perfect uphill jacket
I will start by saying I have been the goldilocks of finding perfect uphill jacket for ski touring for what feels like an eternity. I started with the typical nylon wind shells which were good but just not breathable enough. I then switched to the incendo air shell where I felt I found a good middle ground for protection and breathability, but the material would wet out quick and take quite a bit of time to dry, which wasn’t ideal for longer tours. All this to say I had my eyes on this jacket on the resale site and when it re released the description looked promising. Super lightweight softshell with an ultra breathable back and pit sections. After only one tour I can say this is hands down the perfect jacket for uphill pursuits, it breaths like no other dry’s quickly, fits slightly loose, and gives you enough protection from whatever the weather may throw at you. I cannot speak to long term durability but very happy that this jacket exists. More mountain friendly colours would be nice but nonetheless thank you to whoever thought this up.
Light, very breathable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a medium for a planned vacation overseas to hot and humid weather, the jacket is light and breathable for those conditions and loose fit works great
Lightweight and durable
Perfect for hiking since it's lightweight but very durable. Offers a cooling effect with the mesh design combined with a general warmth of a jacket.
Awesome Jacket
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The perfect lightweight travel and every day use jacket. Packs small and good for base layer as well as top layer when running.
