Excellent hat
This is a great summer hat - I have no idea why it’s poorly rated. I’m a small-framed woman (size XS-S helmet) and the S/M fits well in a “very slightly oversized, doesn’t squeeze my head and ruin my hair” way. The logo is black so you’re not a billboard (I still wish it wasn’t front and center but TNF is tacky like that), and the shape is flattering and not so downward turned that it’s aggressive like some bucket hats. The strap is thin and easily kept in back. It’s packable and I don’t see it wrinkling. The only downside is that it is not specifically labeled as PFAS free - I even emailed the company and though they’re phasing out those chemicals, this hat is from a slightly older line. So that is the only reason I deducted a star. But aside from that it’s what I’ve been looking for for a few years, and I’m stoked. Buy this hat!
Limited sizing
Only 3 stars because they have limited sizes - only two sizes makes it impossible to fit small and XL folks (even though they claim the S/M fits small and L/XL fits XL).
