No, I do not recommend this product
Membrane doesn't breathe at all. Not even summer here and below 70 degrees and my feet were sweating. Maybe Ok for winter. Also very stiff tongue that dug into my ankle. Would not recommend at all compared to my other On Cloud shoes.
