I love em
Love these shorts, super comfy, the drawstring in waistband has a pocket pull to tighten, works great and is tucked away. Drys quick and articulates well at the crotch when hiking or large tall steps. I like the material, it’s a bit crunchy but nothing like a hard shell. It’s already softened up in a week or so. I got a Large, I’m 5’9 and 202lb, usually around a 36-38 waist for arc clothes. It would fit a 40 waist or so but any bigger and you’ll need an XL for the waist band to stretch. The “back” pockets are angled in mirror of the front, so you can easily access the pockets wile siting down or harnessed in. The snap is a good secure and the pocket is large and long. The small leg pockets, as usually in arc clothing like the chest pocket, is near useless. If you have a small wallet, keys or small flat item like cards it’s fine for that. Overall I think they are great shorts and well designed technically.
