wonderful design and perfect fit
Perfect bag I’ve ever had. My wife bought this bag for my birthday gift, which is a big surprise for me. Just love it. Well design and excellent materials.

Believe the reviews, this falls short.
The front zip pocket doesn’t fit a phone. Deal breaker. Volume is too small, has an awkward piece of interior foam making up the structure of the bag. I loved the color but ultimately returned it. Thought it would be a good city/travel bag but needs a redesign. Has one interior “pocket” which is actually just the flap holding the foam in. You can remove the foam but it just falls short of my needs. The Mantis 2 is much better designed. The Heliad doesn’t even seem to be waterproof? I have an UL waterproof from a small brand that absolutely knocks it out of the park in comparison to this design so had to return this one. Bummer but not worth it for the lack of functional considerations.
Great bag, flimsy buckle
Great size, material, and design. Love this bag, but my dog chewed up the buckle. Wish the buckle was more substantial, maybe made out of aluminum. Especially since it is such a small buckle.
other options
Good for what is, but there are better bag's/bag systems at the same price point. for instance the lack of other accessories and option to ad ontop of the bag is limited. i have a multifuntional crossbody bag from another company that is made up of ARM 550 paracord detachable strap that can also be attached to jackets as a 3 point harness. Cordura,Dyneema & Teflon make up the outter shell with fidlock magnetic attachable straps and webbing that allows it to be truly multifuntional. i just wish my Arc bag gave me this options. i will not promote the brand the other bag is but just know there are superior options that Arctyrex needs to concider when making products, they are at least 5 years ahead of the outdoors game
Good feature for price
Good purchase and can put a lot of things, also its easy to adjust whether what style you choose. The material pf the bag is very good and durable.
Really like the bag--wish the strap was wider.
This is a really useful little bag. You can easily fit a large phone, sunglasses, a small wallet and a small water bottle inside. The length of the strap is perfect for my short torso, but it might be a bit short on a tall person. I'm 160 cm tall. I deducted one star for the thin strap--it could easily be a thicker or wider strap, and it would feel more secure. Otherwise, I really like the bag!
Great bag, flimsy strap
The quality of the bag is good, but the flimsy strap and plastic zipper tabs leave me less desired. Only good part of the flimsy strap is that it’s removable which allows you to put a strap of your “own” choice. This would defeat the purpose of the purchase.
Disappointed
Over-priced product without specific feature like security technology for anti-theft. And, the strap is too thin and short, my neck gets a bit hurt because of the strap. Buckles shall get improved to balance well. Hope
Would buy again
Great product, love the size and pockets, I thought the strap was too thin for me, so I just used another strap for a bag I had and worked perfectly.
